Orange Pancakes

2 c. pancake mix
1 c. orange juice
2 eggs

sauce:
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. butter

in small saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in orange juice, cook and stir over med. heat til thick and bubbly, prepare pancakes as usual.
