- 3 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup white sugar
 - 5 teaspoons baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 3/4 cup butter
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - 1 cup milk
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1 pkg Vanilla sugar (in the States 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla)
 - 1 cup  blended berries (strawberries and blueberries etc) finely cut or mashed
 
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease mini cupcake tins.
 -  In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla sugar  (If in Europe) and salt. Cut in butter. Mix the egg and milk in a small bowl, and stir into flour mixture until moistened. If in the States add the Vanilla extract here.
 -  Use a Tablespoon to spoon the mixture into the mini cupcake tins.
 - Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
 
*You can make flavored butter by mixing softened butter with jam to serve, it is awesome!
